Think Like a Winemaker
A guided harvest experience inside Domaine LeSeurre’s working wine cave. Guests taste grapes, juice, and wine at different stages while learning about pressing, tanks, barrels, fermentation, punch-downs, and pump-overs. The experience concludes with charcuterie, cheese, and five to six finished wines. Guests must be 21 or older; closed shoes are recommended.
