Art of the Cemetery: Tales of Local True Crime
Join The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes on Thursday, October 22, from 5:30-8:30pm for Art of the Cemetery: Tales of Local True Crime. We'll explore 3 cemeteries in Corning and Elmira visiting the graves of those who died by murder or experienced some sort of calamity in their lives. True Crime isn't just for tv. On Thursday October 22, Richard Urban and Casey Winston will lead a cemetery tour of three area cemeteries. At each stop, Richard and Casey will tell the stories of real life true crime victims, as well as discuss aspects of gravestone art and symbology. Please be aware that we will be visiting the graves of some murder victims so if those tales aren't for you, come back…
